We ship to all 50 states, DC, and Puerto Rico.  Currently we offer ground shipping (1-5 days). Orders will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on which shipper provides you with the most economical shipping cost for your location and package size. Each 16oz can of Atom-O-Tea contains 200mg of caffeine.  This product is not recommended for children under the age of 18, pregnant women, nursing women, or people sensitive to caffeine.
